    The seller was very careful in wrapping the sewing machine, it arrived promptly and in condition. The item was very clean. She even put a note wishing me the best with my new sewing machine. It was unfortunate that there was a little problem with the function of it because I really loved the machine. I had to return it. The seller was very gracious and apologized for the problem. She quickly refunded me the money. It was a great experience. She is a good business woman.thank you!
