  Some of the tracking information becomes confusing due to multiple packages being shipped however, I would buy from this vendor over and over again when I need something for one of my bikes. They responded each time I reached out and gave me the answers I needed. I received my orders a few days sooner than promised and are now being installed!

  Excellent seller product was well packaged in new condition. Great tool for the price. The appearance was just as pictured on eBay appeared to be a quality tool great communication and fast shipping cam chain tensioner release tool looks to be a decent quality. Thank you.

  Item shipped without the hardware. Item was never sold with the hardware. My fault for not reading the description thoroughly. Prompt answers and follow up for the hardware needed and shipped. 10 10 definitely will deal again.

  This sellers communication is okay at best. The first message I sent didn’t get replied to for a day and a half. I purchased my handle bars on 7/18/25 was given a tracking number however fedex still has not received the item. Meaning it never got shipped out. Today is 7/22/25 and I have yet to get an update on when my item will actually be shipped out. I’m giving it till 7/23/25 if I don’t hear anything I will request a refund and go with another seller.
