  The item I received was actually not new but the buyer believed it to be. I contacted them and they made it right with a refund which I appreciate. I see no problems with this seller as they were honorable.

  It was very well packaged and arrived in great condition. Seller was easy to communicate with and answered questions very promptly. The shipping was a little higher than I would like to pay but I am sure that was his exact cost. He ships FedEX and it arrived very quickly. The printer works well. Would do business with DealDaddy again.
