  The box was damaged by USPS during shipping and they held onto it for a week longer. I didn't open it at first. Messaged the seller to let them know, they offers a replacement, but when I opened it nothing was missing or damaged.

  The seller advertised this steam iron as damaged box brand new steam iron. When I opened the box, the iron was clearly used and manhandled. It was dirty the cord was not wrapped up like it was in the picture and it came in a damaged box with Amazon tape all over it. The only thing good that came out of it. The seller offered a refund or a 20 discount. I spent some time cleaning it up and it s acceptable, but the seller had no right to claim the item was new in the box. Bad seller Good deal
