  The return process is TRASH. The same day I purchased it I also cancelled the order. It took 2 weeks for them to respond and still shipped the item 2 weeks later. They gave me the address to return it but it was in Chinese! I asked them to provide the address in English and it was literally in China. The shipping costs more than the item itself. They next day they close my return. Now I'm stuck with something I don't need. 100% RIP OFF.
