  We ordered a memorial plaque for my son who passed earlier this year (2025). The seller kept in almost constant communication with us, sending images of what his view was against what we had asked for. He updated and changed the plaque exactly as we wanted. The package arrived earlier than expected, within 3 days of the order being made. Well wrapped and protected. When my wife opened it she welled up and could only say "it's beautiful" the seller has went above and beyond. Definitely recommend

  Absolutely perfect. I purchased the extra large keepsake box. Packaging was fantastic and in perfect condition, a lot of care had gone into protecting it. The quality in the details and the box itself is stunning. Worth every penny. Communicating with Steve was a pleasure and he was very helpful with designing and sending a picture first. 100% would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a keepsake box. Delivery was also very quick. Thank you very much Steve.

  Brilliant item, great seller, who was in contact all the way with a demo of the item before agreement on the final printing and fixing, very fast posting. A big thank you for the care and attention given to the padding and packing, and all the attention to detail on the item, I really cant say thank you enough, I would recommend this seller to everyone and will be buying more.

  We are so pleased with the memorial for our dog Jojo, the photos we uploaded were placed in a lovely way and the quality of the wooden box is very good. Value for money and fast postage, good comms. We can thoroughly recommend this Ebay shop.
