  The first pair that came in fit great and worked as promised. The condition was brand new as promised and they looked brand new. It also helps that it was the best price around. There was an issue with one of the parts and within hours of contacting the seller they replied with a solution. They shipped out the new one under warranty and it works great. Will be purchasing from this seller again.

  While the packaging could have been a bit more robust, the axle was not damaged. The sealed factory box was missing a bolt and 1A Auto was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and offered to replace the axle assembly immediately. First class, professional service from them. I am pleased to have found a company that stands 100% behind its sales and will look forward to doing more business with them.

  whoever is working customer service is doing a terrible job. told me 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. that wasnt even close to being true. getting customers pissed off for no reason. other than that person. 5 star rating.thank you.
