    The seller contacted me within hours of purchasing the item to inform me that he was unable to locate it in his inventory. He offered to send me a similar item or provide a full refund. I thanked him for the offer of the alternative patch but decided to go with a refund, which he hastily sent my way. I'm leaving positive feedback because, even though I wasn't able to get the item, the customer service that I got was very good and professional.
