  Very pleased with this purchase of a fuser unit and with this supplier!! Item was well-packaged, reasonably priced, an OE part, and still sealed as new. The enclosed install instructions were especially useful. My only quibble was the shipping, which while free was not "expedited" as described, but ended up taking 10 calendar days from order to delivery. (I would have paid extra for actual expedited shipping had it been offered.)

  The item, motor unit LY 2054001 for Brother printer, arrived on schedule and was well packed as a new, unused, item as advertised. It was installed, a few days later and worked perfectly, and solved the print failure 7A error of the DCP 7065 DN printer unit.
