  Seller is phenomenal, the best I have ever encountered on all my time on eBay. He worked with me to get the watch band to fit my watch. He even sent me a second package with modified straps. In the end, it didn't work out and he gave me a full refund and even offered to pay return shipping; he went above and beyond. I highly recommend this seller; great honesty, integrity, and first class customer service.

  David was very professional and prompt with his answers to my watch band questions and the condition and quality was great. The band fits my watch perfectly. I spend a lot of time in salt water and he sent me an extra watch band for assurances against the elements. The photos attached shows the watch band with my added leather bund.   I actually should contacted the seller prior to putting the review. David was able to make me very happy by rectifying the issue and sending me an item free of charge.   Absolutely outstanding customer service!!! I asked if he could provide me with a slightly longer strap. I found out longer was not available in the "regular" rubber. He upgraded me to the Caoutchouc rubber, and shipped it to me for no additional charge. Not for the better rubber, or the shipping. Don't let the "No Returns" part of the listing scare you. He will do whatever is reasonable to accommodate you. David, thank you for your quick and painless remedy. A+++
