Notes
Digitally re-mastered two CD set containing a pair of albums from the Country vocalist. It's About Time (1999) mined a rich vein of songs and Ten Rounds (2001) was back to good time Country, with the single 'Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo' topping the charts, Byrd's biggest hit since 1993. 'Just Let Me Be in Love' also hit the Top 10, while the anthem Southern rocker 'A Good Way to Get on My Bad Side' - a duet with old pal Mark Chestnut - became a country dancehall staple. The albums here are among his best; they are very different records that serve to show the breadth of his talent. From the most traditional of Country to the touches of modern Pop and Rock, Byrd's rich baritone voice shines through. T-Bird Americana. 2011.
