The Razer Taipan is an ambidextrous gaming mouse that was developed for fighting style games. The outside of the Razer mouse is matte black plastic with a glowing Razer logo set into the palm rest. It is equipped with a clickable scroll also ringed with neon green lighting. The Razer mouse features nine programmable buttons: the click wheel, right and left click, two buttons that are south of the scroller, and another two that are embedded in each of the sides. This gaming mouse is ergonomically designed with one 8,200 dpi sensor that is set to track two-dimensional movements and a second optical sensor for z-axis tracking. The Razer mouse is set with a 32-bit peripheral and a 1000 Hz polling rate, Thus, the cursor moves to exactly where the user wants it.
