Hello! Items can be returned for a refund/exchange within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on made to measure garments. To return an item simply go to the transaction in your 'purchase history' and select 'return an item' from the drop down menu and follow the instructions onscreen. Please note you can return items using Royal Mail OR the courier service recommended by Ebay, but please always use a tracked postal method.
