My item was packed with care including bubble wrap and scrunched up paper above and below for protection, Unfortunately the mail carrier must have really mishandled the figurine. It was broken into 6 pieces. I sent pictures and the seller promptly refunded my money. The other suggestion is to have the seller use a thicker box due to the one that arrived was severely smashed. When I investigated it, the toy was packaged well and there was no damage, but the box was super thin. I am happy over all again due the condition and look of the toy but lucky venture with the postal people.
