She was very kind and asked me to mail it back (w/prepaid label) and she would re-wire it free of charge. We received it back today in perfect working order and Allison sent a complementary bulb to go along with it. It was a gift for my mother to help replace one that had gotten broken years ago from her grandfather. Awesome product and customer service. Thank you so much!
