The face protector on mine was not made to go in the correct historical position under the brim of the hat bill closeer to the face. Instead it’s way too far forward making the helmet goofy looking. I pointed this out and there has only been silence. There has been no offer for exchange, refund, return and it’s been a few days. I shared photos of where the face shield should be vs where it is and also sharing a historical reference.
