It was my fault for assuming they would arrive with the T-handles. I then contacted them about a refund or if they knew where I could purchase OEM parts, and they quickly told me they had gotten in contact with the Hobart company themselves to have the T-handles sent out. In turn they shipped them to me right away!

The wrong item was originally sent to me by accident but when the issue was raised my messages were answered within half an hour. The correct item was mailed that day with a return label for the vinyl I originally received. Everything that is right with eBay summed up right here. I didn’t actually get the name of the person who helped me but He/she was brilliant.
