    Sadly this item was faulty on arrival but it was not the fault of the seller, item was well packed but had a manufacturer defect. Seller was very quick to help and asked for the screen to be sent back for a full refund.. in the meantime I ordered another which was perfect - thank you so much for getting this urgent job out the door. Well deserved 5 stars!

    New Toshiba Satellite L870-18R Laptop Screen 17.3" LED BACKLIT HD+ Exactly the same as the one I replaced a couple of years previously. It is £20 cheaper now though. Very strong packaging, big bubble wrap, and a super strong box. The seller obviously does not want complaints from post damaged stock. It works and I did not notice any dead pixels. Delivered on time or a day early,. 5 Star ebayer. This is at least the second time I have used this supplier and thoroughly recommend.

    Item sent as described. Amazing packaging and fast delivery. Highly recommend! Unfortunately for me I ordered a higher spec display than the original, still works but I cannot get a full refresh range. So to avoid disappointment, and lesson learned for me, double check it is like for like. The seller has been helpful. I did not ask for a return as I already installed.
