There was no protection in the box. The item was just free to move around (no bubble wrap, etc). Box came damaged as though it had been opened. Seller said repair 30% refund. No thanks. But they Communicated, and then offered refund after initiating a return on my end. I'm just going to leave it alone. 45$. Packaging was okay. The product box was slightly crushed in the padded envelope, but it had no negative effect on the lens. Not sure if the lens is going to be an improvement, but that's not the sellers fault, and for the price it was a worthwhile experiment.
