All orders are normally dispatched within 1 – 2 working day via Royal Mail from receiving the order (This does not apply to weekend orders, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched either Monday or Tuesday at the latest)). If no one is available to take delivery a calling card will be left by Royal Mail. The customers will then need to contact Royal Mail to arrange a re-delivery date. If Royal Mail is still unable to deliver at this point, the goods will be returned back to Premier Lighting Ltd.
