I contacted the seller and she insisted they were not damaged. She did indeed wrap them very well and the shipping box was not damaged. It's impossible for me to know what went wrong when, but they were definitely broken when I opened the box. She referred me to Ebay for resolution as she would not engage in further discussion. Disappointing!
