Ordered one SAE set and one Metric set of sockets. Seller sent 2 Metric sets.Contacted seller, and did not have a replacement SAE set (which i needed for a repair). Rather than return the extra Metric set, seller refunded half the price of the SAE set. Metric set was as described. Good price for both. Quick shipping and packaged well. Good communication. Shipping was a hassle, but not sellers fault. It boinced back and forth between delivery facilites. Product was as described. One piece (which was a replacement piece) was missing. Contacted seller about it and they were quick to respond and offered partial refund or return. Decided to keep the product, as I am happy with it. Would definitely purchase from again. Excellent communication. The misting bottle itself works well, but it is a bit on the heavy side. Great to have on hot days
