    I recently bought a brand new Lionel # 14173 Operating Drawbridge from Closeouttrains Superstore. I’ve purchased other items from this seller in the past and just like now, they never disappointed me. In regard to the Operating Drawbridge, the seller took special care in packing it for safe shipping and the Drawbridge arrived in perfect condition, just as it was advertised. In addition, the seller handled every single detail associated with my purchase in a totally flawless manner.

    I purchased this magazine and 2 others at the same time. I contacted the seller regarding combined shipping as is implied on his page. I was told to place the order and he would refund the extra for shipping. I did so and paid $18 to ship the 3 Magazines. I wasn't refunded the amount and reached out to the seller with no reply. The transaction was good, shipping was fast and packaged well. Communication is definitely lacking. Item was exactly as described. C+ for the transaction overall.
