    Seller contacted me and stated that item broke upon shipping and was returned, his words. First, postal service does not return broken items. They ship it all the way to recipient and it is up to him/her to file a claim. Sounds to me that the deal made was not favorable to seller, and 9 days after order placed seller contacts me and asks me to cancel. And then, seller states that I requested a cancellation. Well, I had no choice. However, I am really upset and disappointed with this seller.

    After a week of no notifications I had to contact the seller to see when this would ship. The seller DID respond thankfully but told me the item was lost. No big deal, I asked to cancel and for a refund but days go by again and I had to ask for a refund again. Seller seemed to need consistent reminding which wasn’t ideal but at least they did respond eventually
