    This cargo cover trunk shade was initially listed as fitting my 2021 Nissan Leaf. That was a mistake, it was too big, so I contacted the vendor. I sent pictures. I was very quickly notified that I was entitled to a full refund and free return shipping. I checked the listing again and the list of cars that this trunk cover was supposed to fit had been changed to reflect the new information. I was disappointed not to have a cover but very pleased with their customer service.

    The reason I’m giving a neutral is because the package should’ve been packaged a little better on delivery. It got bounced around and had a little damaged, but the customer was very responsive and getting back to me about the issue and refunding partial of my purchase price. communication was very good. Would definitely buy again from this eBay. Just wish packaging would’ve been a little better thank you.
