I was really pleased to receive the books very well packed, in good condition and as described in the sellers details. They arrived a daily early than expected, so I was really pleased with the service. Please continue to use Royal Mail, I have ordered things whereby the delivery has been by different companies which have been disastrous. I will certainly use you again.

I’ve given this a 3 star rating as I received a different version of the book to that in the picture. The photo shows the book as including full paper patterns but the one I received had only a link to PDF patterns which I didn’t want, so I returned it for a refund. The seller was helpful and there was no problem in returning with a prepaid postage label and the refund was processed very quickly.

There was an issue with Ebay still showing the status as "awaiting dispatch" after 3 days, contacted seller to see when that will be dispatched but they informed me that the items had been already dispatched. Still received them on the estimated delivery date and in the condition as described. Prompt responses from the seller. Happy with my purchase ^^
