Ehh on the fence about how to rate this transaction. I went so long without receiving anything, or hearing anything, I forgot about it. When looking at my bank statement the following month was my reminder. Sent off a Msg requesting a refund..it was a couple days after the “you can request a refund after this date xx/xx/xxxx” @ this point. Instead of a refund, or even a courtesy response, began receiving tracking info again, saying a label was created. About 5 days after that it finally arrived
