      The seller was quite open to negotiation on price which given I was getting it shipped from US to Australia and can be quite costly, was important. The seller was quick to respond to my offer and to my queries about the shipping tracking. The items were very well packed which is obviously critical.

      I was soooo happy to find the pasta bowls that match the rest of my dishes. I have to admit, I was concerned about them arriving in one piece. There was great care in the packing process they were wrapped in paper then styrofoam and loose packing material. I know the sellar took great care in the packing process, THANK YOU!! I appreciate what you did to ensure that the bowls arrived safely! I would definitely purchase from this Ebay business with no hesitation! They have earned my business!!
