Received books severely damaged. Reached out to seller and sent numerous pictures of both the packaging and books. Was told that I would receive "half of the money" I paid back as a refund. Waited a week and still no refund. Reached out again and was told that refund had been issued. I paid $20.86 and basic math shows that 20.86÷2=10.43. Still waiting on the full $10.43 because I have only received $6.61refund. Seller is extremely slow to communicate once paid. Can't recommend.

After I placed my order, a shipping label was not created for 7 days. I sent a message on the 6th and 7th day asking for an update and I’ve still not received a response. The items did arrive as described but the lack of communication and slow shipping will not have my coming back as a customer.
