  The item I received was exactly what I wanted it. Thank you so much. I was reluctant to make the purchase because I’ve been burned by the fake seller before but this is real.  I have contact the seller before I make the purchase, and they reply real fast, and I was really pleased with that knowing they are for real. I will buy from this seller again.

  Pictures in listing show the shoes with a box and state they are brand new. When received, they came stuffed in a bag, no box or original packaging. The roles have a few wrinkles in the foam, I think from being stuffed in the bag. I am hoping they will ease out in a few days. If they are brand new, I don't know why they wouldn't just ship in the box. They don't appear to have any scuffs or anything, but makes me wonder if they were previously used, or possibly even counterfeit.

  I ordered a dress three weeks ago and it has not even shipped. Reached out to the seller and they are saying it will ship in an additional 3 to 8 days being that this is coming from China. I expected it to be at least 30 days but I didn’t expect it to be 60+ days Being that they waited three weeks to ship. If I’m lucky I’ll get my dress in time. At this point I would just prefer a refund I will never do business with this company again.
