    Bought 6 games from 6 different sellers through Miller and one of the games was incorrect. He was able to return the incorrect game, give me a partial refund and then ship the 5 correct ones to me. He helped with customs declaration and repackaged the games very nicely. Very communicative. Sometimes when ordering from far away, from a foreign language marketplace, through a 3rd party, stuff can go wrong and Miller is great at making sure the whole process works correctly.

    Package arrived damaged by FedEx and a plastic part of the coffee peeler arrived broken. The seller has been proactive and offered an unforgettable customer experience. Since first time we communicated he sent a replacement part at no cost. Packing could definitely be improved and should be shipped unassembled to prevent damages.The seller is responsive and offers an excellent customer service. This is the kind of seller that you want to make business with. Always committed to improvement.
