Fitness guru Kathy Smith introduces a step workout that uses the step from start to finish and turns an ordinary bench into a unique piece of home equipment. The program begins with a warm-up segment, then 35 minutes of aerobic stepping, lower body sculpting, abdominals, upper body sculpting and a cool-down. Following the workout is "Learning Strategies" which gives detailed demonstrations of all the basic steps and an "Ask the Experts" section.
