USPS snail mail was slow and as usual rough with the shipping. Item literally fell out of the shipping envelope when I pulled it out of my mailbox. Pliers good value but more consideration should be taken with the packaging considering the fact that the USPS is worthless. Not to mention slow.

I placed my order one night, the item was shipped the next day and the seller even sent me a thank you message. I'm now sure how it got here so fast, (it was shipped FedEx who could learn a few things from the Pony Express). I didn't have to check tracking since the seller sent a message when it was shipped and again the day it was to be delivered! Don't look around anymore, BUY HERE!
