I must say that this purchase was a challenge. I received a head without braids. After many emails with the seller, they finally agreed that the wrong head was sent and would send me the correct head with braids. I received the correct head today. The seller communicated well and the purchase was great in the end. But I will not shop here again.

The item got lost in shipping, however, once I made the seller aware, they immediately took steps to try and determine the shipping status.
