    Tried to contact the seller and they have yet to reply. Packaging was extremely poor. Box containing water pump was thrown into an Amazon style bag and shipped with no regard for protection during transit. Water pump looks to be undamaged but the gasket is “brand new” and was broken due to being crushed during transit. NEVER buying from these guys again.

    Seller listed incorrect location on listing. I paid extra to get a part that is close to my home to improve delivery time. Seller listed part from a location that is 100 miles from my home. Part was shipped and all seller communications come from locations that are 1800 miles from my home, which took approximately 4 days extra to get the part. Seller also did not ship part in a timely manner.
