    Initially the status of my order said it was delivered by USPS in a couple of days which was too soon so I waited a few more days but still didn't receive my order so I contacted the seller. He replied right away and said to let him know if I receive the order or not. I received the order the next day and the item (laptop) was in good condition as described. Although I haven't used the laptop yet, I recommend doing business with the seller.

    The items were exactly as described in the EBay posting. I received the purchased items in a reasonable time but the parts did not work - may have been damaged during shipping. The seller was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to inform him of the issue, and he volunteered to cancel the order and issue a refund. I am very impressed with his customer service attitude for something that was not his fault. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller.
