    Seller was great, excellent communication. Product was I was described, well packaged, and I had it up and running within an hour of it being dropped off. FedEx was a little slow but that's not the seller's fault.

    I purchased the 30w Raycus QS, then was emailed that the model I purchased was not in stock in the US warehouses, so I decided to wait for this model to be shipped from China. No problem. It arrived with no damage to the crate. The packaging was perfect as well, no issues there. Everything works as intended, I had it set up engraving and marking within 45 minutes of its arrival. I will gladly do business with achi-us again in the future. Highly recommend them.

    This is a powerful JPT MPA laser at a very reasonable price. Delivery was impressively fast, and the seller promptly answered my many questions before and after purchase. I had heard that chinacnczone has a good rep for their CNC machines, and it appears this extends to their lasers as well. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough: if you are nervous about purchasing an expensive fiber laser on ebay, these are good people to deal with. Solid-gold seller.
