    This mount came packed in perfect condition. It shipped fast and had everything as described. I’d ordered the wrong part unfortunately and had to return it. They responded timely and got my return handled. I appreciate Loot Hive and intend to do business with them again.

    After originally receiving an Xbox that consistently overheated, I was able to communicate with the seller and arrange an exchange for a new system. The new one works without any issues and is in very good condition, just as advertised, and the shipping for both systems was prompt and the packaging was very neat & secure. Throughout the whole process the seller was easy to communicate with and very friendly, and I would definitely recommend them!
