We are definite that you will be satisfied with our Max Strength products. But in the rare case you are not, perhaps due to size, colour or model isn’t right; you can exchange or opt for a refund within 30 days of receiving the order. In case you have not received your order, you have 30 days to submit a claim. Please be aware that products are only eligible for refund if they are returned in their ORIGINAL packaging. In addition, every Max Strength product comes with 90 days warranty for your assurance.
 
Simple and easy returns
Please initiate a refund request on the platform you bought the item from and a member of our customer service team will evaluate your request within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Max Strength Customer Service team.
 
Return policy complete details
(Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.)
 
•All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Max Strength has the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
 
•The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Max Strength prior to any refund being issued; once we receive we will issue the refund right away. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
 
•Max Strength cannot be responsible for returned items being lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
 
•Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns and exchanges: Powerstar Ltd Unit 28 Demmings Industrial Estate SK8 2PE
 
•IMPORTANT All packages must have the order number clearly labelled on the outside of the package. You may include the order number in the return address, as shown above. Shipments received without order number on package will be returned to sender.
 
•Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Max Strength Customer Service will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
 
This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.

    boxing bag came in two parts due to size, was well packed, base and bag stands up great by itself when filled and non filled with no issues when stored, listing states ''Ultra-Stable base, Our Bags are strong enough to be used at ease'', don't knew where these statements comes from as base was filled when wife kicked bag with a body kick during training to become fitter and base moved and almost tipped over. Seller was good with communication though eBay message.

    Item listed as available next day for collection. Contacted seller to confirm and received response inviting me to collect during business hours. Drove 60 miles only to be told on arrival the items not even in stock, and that they were aware of this but didn't think to inform me sooner. Could have easily been avoided with simple communication.
