No problem with the seller. 5 stars The seller may however wish to reconsider their preferred courier, ITD Global, who seem to be, administratively, the worst courier company ever. I had several emails, automated phone calls, late into the evening, every one gave a different time slot or different day. One directed me to contact them, the given email turned out to be unmonitored but directed to a website form that could not be submitted.

It was neither of these things, is just came wrapped in a plastic mail bag which was ripped. Raised a ticket with seller who tried to reassure me it was brand new and offered me 5 different partial "good will" refunds to keep the item but refused as there was pet and human hair on the duvet along with dust and i refuse to believe its brand new. I sent the duvet back and got a full refund in the end.
