Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 90 day warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition. Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt.     The item arrived promptly but was sadly damaged in the post. We advised the seller who supplied a replacement, strongly packed and by return of post. The seller asked for a photo of the damage which we were happy to supply but failed to transfer from the phone to the PC. The seller was very patient, however, and we eventually sent them an email with said attachment from the phone. The spare part is now installed and working. Great Customer Service.

    Item arrived within 48 hrs , Royal mail delivered the day before it said on tracking. I needed for house move , thankfully arrived in time and ideal for purpose. Many thanks , after a few emails, it did arrive and company mist helpful . Recommend to others.
