    Item arrived really well packaged but the item had some cracks and dents that were not shown in the listings picture. When I asked about the cosmetic issues the vendor said the items we as pictured and it must have happened during shipping which is hard to believe seeing how well the items were packaged. They also said that USPS might want the item for an investigation which I've never heard of. It all seemed shady.

    disctech: Hello, The item you sent us is not the one pictured. The one we received has dents and cracks in it. How can we solve this? SalvationArmy: The projector is the same unit as the one pictured. We only had one and we don't bait and switch. It must have been damaged in shipping. Please hold on to it for the time being as it was insured... In the meantime, please open a case with ebay wanting to return for refund.... disctech: My customer still wants the items, so I'm not doing a return.
