Seems to have a smell to it and spots on outside edges of pages. Can those be sanded off with fine grit sandpaper, maybe? Book dimensions listed, low price, and arrived safely with a CD. For the price, I'm not complaining. Everything seems to be in order. Thank you, kindly.
