    The item was sent but I did not receive a notification containing the pick up code and barcode. The pickup point refused to release the package without the barcode. Getting through to a real person at eBay via their so called "help" system proved impossible. I was at loss what to do but an email from the company suggesting a solution. They contacted eBay to find this solution and I am very greatful for their efforts on my behalf. Exemplary customer service on my view!
