  Very good seller! Very transparent with great communication. There was a hiccup with my shipping and Lusty Glass was on it before I even realized. Not only did they catch the issue but they had a great sense of urgency in regards to resolving the issue. I would purchase from them in the future.

  I accidentally had my order shipped to the wrong address and the seller was more than happy to help. It was too late to fix my order but they were able to cancel and refund me so that I could order again with the correct address. They were patient, understanding and responsive. They had my order ready and waiting on me to reorder. The product was beautiful and my son in law was thrilled beyond words to receive it! Would absolutely buy from them again in the future!
