This was a great experience. And I was a little surprised. Ordering a somewhat fragile piece of art and having it shipped trans-Atlantic presents a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong. And they did not. The image looks great. The packaging was good - the picture seems fine and the frame seems true. Shipping wasn’t cheap - but looking at the total cost of the item plus shipping I am very satisfied with the value. Glad to report a good experience.

Trustworthy seller who communicated well through difficulties with item delivery. Unfortunately item was damaged in transit but all handled well by the seller.

The seller was not to blame for the damage made during delivery and they have been extremely apologetic, responsive and helpful in terms of arranging a refund. I was unable to comment on the quality of the item ordered but as it was intended as a gift for a specific occasion I could not wait for another to be sent. Shame the item was handled with more care through courier.
