Wenn es in der Kompatibilitätsliste einen fehler geben solte und das Teil nicht in Ihr Fahrzeug passt, überprüfen wir, ob wir ein passendes im unseren Lager haben und senden es so schnell wie möglich an Sie. Wenn wir kein kompatibles Teil haben sollte dann die eBay Rückgabe mit einem entsprechenden Grund geöffnet werden („Der Artikel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung oder den Fotos“). Wenn diese entfernt werden, sind wir nicht in der Lage die Rückerstattung fortzusetzen, weil wir nicht sagen können, ob das zu uns gesendete Teil, das von uns versendete ist. Die Kunden sind für alle Versandkosten verantwortlich, wenn der Artikel im Rückgabeproces zurückgesendet wird.

All our parts are marked with security labels and item will be checked on return. Removing any of them can lead to invalidation of your warranty. Money will only be refunded for the item and postage (if you send it back on your own, not using our label). We are not responsible for any labour costs/time so no money will be refunded for that.
 
2. If you received wrong item, not as shown in the pictures and/or described in the description, correct item will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a mistake in the listing and the item is not compatible with your car, we will check if we have compatible item and if yes then we will send it to you as soon as possible. If we do not have compatible item then eBay return request should be opened with adequate reason (“Doesn't match description or photos”) so we can send you a return postage label there to cover the return postage costs by us (it concerns only customers from UK, international customers have to contact us to agree on how to return the item).
