Shipped quickly, they will email you when you place the order to verify you are ordering the correct part. Have all of your information handy and keep it. Tag number for laptop, part number, make and model of laptop. Packaged well. They DO have a phone number you can call and you WILL actually reach a person. I will use them again but I hope I never need to.

Very fast shipping once the details of the display model required were confirmed. Display I received was new as advertised and worked well. I think I prefer the way they sell here since their information on display compatibility seems quite exhaustive and was accurate in my case.

The screen was a different FRU than my original, but seller assured me it was a direct replacement. Perhaps it is an issue with my motherboard, but could not get it to work.
