Bought a used block for my f10 M5. They shipped it in a cardboard box without any protection around it or any foam. When the shop received it - it was damaged. The ear piece on one side of the block was completely broken as seen in pics below. I reached out to them and they immediately responded back with a resolution whether it’s a partial refund or a full refund by returning the item. I went with partial refund because it can be welded back. But be aware when buying from them.
