I can't remember the last time any merchant packed a CD in a box--usually they throw it in an envelope and the CD or case arrive damaged--so this seller rates the BEST score possible! The seller sent a message telling me that the CD was shipped and gave instructions in case there were any problems (there were none). Great experience...Gret Seller!!!

The carrier used by seller was great, made the delivery in the wee hours of the morning and notified me immediately. Also, the book came in water proof bag, which is greatly appreciated since it was damp outside given the early delivery. I am so pleased with seller's description of this book, very accurate.
